Enhanced Wellbeing
We're excited to introduce our plans for a dedicated 'wellbeing shed'. This new space will be designed with comfort and care in mind, offering a calm and enriching environment for our guinea pigs.
The Wellbeing Shed
This shed will be a dedicated space for the health and wellbeing of our guinea pigs and will include:
A grooming area
Medical and isolation enclosures for those needing extra care
A treatment area for routine checks and recovery
This space will allow us to provide calm, safe, and appropriate care for guinea pigs who are unwell, elderly, or arriving into rescue.
New homes for our boys
One of our key projects involves constructing a brand-new shed specifically designed with larger, bespoke enclosures for our male guinea pigs. Providing separate, spacious accommodation is crucial for their social dynamics and overall health, preventing conflicts and ensuring they have ample room to thrive. This expansion allows Little Garden Farm Guinea Pig Rescue to rescue and care for even more boars in need.
